Certainly! Here's a sample weekly running schedule to help you stay consistent and balanced in your training:

Weekly Running Schedule

Monday:

  • Rest or Active Recovery (easy walk, stretching, or yoga)

Tuesday:

  • Speed Workout / Interval Run: 5-8 km
    Example: 1 km warm-up, followed by 4-6 x 400m fast with 200m recovery jogs, cool down

Wednesday:

  • Easy Run: 5-7 km at a comfortable pace

Thursday:

  • Tempo Run: 6-8 km at a challenging but sustainable pace

Friday:

  • Rest or Cross-Training (cycling, swimming, strength training)

Saturday:

  • Long Run: 10-15 km at an easy, steady pace

Sunday:

  • Easy Run / Recovery Run: 5-7 km, or participate in a neighborhood run or meetup
