Thereās something powerful that happens when you dedicate intentional time to reading the Bibleāyour heart softens, your mindset shifts, and your faith begins to anchor deeper than ever before. Thatās what Iāve experienced so far on my Bible reading journey, and today I want to share not only where Iāve been but where Iām headed next.
Whether youāve just been thinking about picking up the Bible again or are already in the Word daily, I believe itās never too late to start a plan that fits your life and draws you closer to Godās presence.
What Iāve Read So Far
Over the past few months, Iāve worked through several Bible reading plansāeach one leaving a unique imprint on my heart:
Proverbs (31-Day Plan) ā This plan gave me daily wisdom and spiritual direction. It reminded me how to walk with grace, make better decisions, and keep my tongue in check!
The Gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke & John) ā These books brought me face-to-face with the heart of Jesus. His compassion, miracles, and teachings became more personal, and I began to see my life through the lens of grace and truth.
Psalms of Peace ā I turned to Psalms when I needed comfort during storms. It helped me feel seen, heard, and held.
Each plan brought a different kind of breakthrough. Thatās the beauty of the Wordāit meets you exactly where you are.
The Bible Plan Iām Starting Next
Next, Iām diving into a āBible in 90 Daysā planāyes, the whole Bible! Itās a commitment, but one Iām excited about. This plan will help me read Scripture as one big story, revealing how Godās promises and presence weave throughout history and into our daily lives.
Iām not just reading to check a boxāIām reading to understand Godās character, deepen my relationship with Him, and hear what He has to say about the direction of my life.
